Renter must provide a valid ID and driving license (SIM A).

For self-drive rentals, original documents must be shown and verified.

Rental Duration

Minimum rental duration is 12 hours or based on the selected package.

Late returns will incur additional charges per hour.

Payment & Deposit

Payment must be made in advance (either down payment or full).

Security deposit will be refunded after the car is returned in good condition.

Payments accepted via bank transfer, e-wallet, or cash.

Vehicle Usage

It is strictly prohibited to use the vehicle for illegal activities, racing, or transporting dangerous goods.

Vehicle must only be used within the approved areas/zones.

Accidents & Damages

Any accidents or damage must be reported immediately.

Repair costs due to renter negligence are the renter's responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before rental time will be charged a fee.

Same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
